Class Hours:
Weekdays: 11:00am – 9:00pm
Weekend: 9:00am – 8:00pm

Winter Session FAQ
What are the dates of the Winter Swim Session?
The program runs from January 2nd to March 19th, with both 4-day and 5-day options depending on your preferred schedule.
What ages can join?
The program is open to children ages 3–12, from beginners to advanced swimmers and also adults
What should my child bring?
A swimsuit, towel, goggles (optional but recommended), and a reusable water bottle.
How warm is the pool?
All pools are kept comfortably warm in 31C to ensure a fun and safe winter swimming experience.
Are instructors certified?
Yes, all instructors are trained and certified in swimming education and child water safety.
Can my child complete a full level in one Season?
Yes! With our intensive format, many students complete an entire level within a season.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds may be available up to X days before the session. After that, credits may apply. (Customize based on MSS policy.)
Are make-up classes available?
Due to the short, intensive nature of the program, make-up classes may be limited — please contact your location for availability.
Do parents stay during the lesson?
Parents can watch from the lobby or viewing area. We encourage cheering and positive support!
Do you offer a trial lesson?
Yes — families can try a free trial lesson before registering for the full program.
