At MSS Swim Team, we focus on the two essential elements of successful swimming: technique and training.
We start by building a strong foundation with technique, ensuring swimmers master proper form. Once the technique is solid, we implement targeted workouts that combine stroke/kicking drills and interval sets. This combination enhances training efficiency and makes practices enjoyable. Whether you’re preparing for competition or simply want to improve your swimming, we’ll share the most effective strategies to help you succeed.
Swim Team Levels
We offer two levels of swim teams to meet the needs of all swimmers:
- Beginner Swim Team
For swimmers building their foundational skills and confidence in a team environment. This level emphasizes stroke development, endurance building, and an introduction to interval-based training. - Advanced Swim Team
For swimmers who are ready to refine their skills and focus on competitive swimming strategies. This level includes advanced drills, faster intervals, and personalized feedback to help swimmers achieve their peak performance.
