Bronze Star/Bronze Medallion
- Overview:
The Bronze Medallion course builds understanding of the four components of water-rescue education: judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness. Candidates learn lifesaving tows, carries, defence methods, and releases, preparing them for rescues of increased risk. The course also emphasizes stroke efficiency and includes a 400m timed swim.
Class Duration: 30 hours

Dry Swim
Improved Technique: Emphasizes the biomechanics of swimming for more efficient and better form.
Increased Strength and Power: Targets key muscle groups to enhance power for sprinting and stamina for long-distance swims.
Injury Prevention and Recovery: Ensures muscles are balanced, strong, and flexible to prevent overuse injuries.
Enhanced Flexibility & Mobility: Improves range of motion, enhancing stroke effectiveness and reducing joint injury risk.
Class Duration: 60 minutes, Weekends only 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Family Lesson
- Class Size: Parents and up to two or three children per class.
- Duration: 60 minutes per session, designed to keep all ages engaged and motivated.

Adapted Swim
Children who need or would benefit from:
- A slower-paced lesson with additional practice time

Aquafit Program
- Shallow water classes are a great option for people who aren’t strong swimmers or may feel uneasy in the water. For expectant mothers and new moms, we offer pre- and post-natal classes, allowing you to stay active even with baby in tow.
Class Duration: 60 minutes
Schedule: Weekdays 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Weekends 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pre/Post-natal
- Exercising during pregnancy is a great way to stay active, relieve stress, and maintain a healthy body, and water-based exercises provide unique advantages. The buoyancy of the water helps support your growing uterus, reducing the strain on your joints and muscles. This makes water exercise a gentle yet effective way to stay fit without overloading your body.
Class Duration: 45 minutes
Schedule: Weekdays 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Weekends 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Mermaid Program
Description: Seasonal 60-minute classes introducing mermaid swimming techniques.
Schedule: Offered exclusively during Winter, Spring, and Summer camps.
Swim Camps
Seasons: Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Duration: 5-day programs with 90-minute classes.
Camp Times: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM; 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM; 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Birthday Parties
Options: 120-minute Mermaid, Aquatic, or Soccer-themed parties.
Booking: Available upon request.

Registration Fee: $50 for new students (includes swim cap & bag).
Class Rates:
Small Group Classes: $58 per class.
Parent & Toddler Classes: $47 per class.
Private Classes: $140 per class.
Semi-Private Classes: $85 per student per class.
Monthly Payment Plans: Available with 4 installments.
Family Discounts:
$15 off for the 2nd family member.
$30 off for the 3rd family member or more.
